Is the service free of charge from the NCN? Yes. Our advice and procedure in finding the right practitioner for you is free of charge. You will pay for your treatment only direct with the clinic.

How do I know whether the practitioner is properly qualified? The NCN register only holds fully qualified and registered practitioners.
Can treatments be carried out at the same time as a consultation? Yes. This is very common. However there is no obligation to have the treatment at the same time and this is best discussed with the practitioner we recommend.
What if I have a complaint? If you have a complaint in connection with the NCN we ask you to contact us via email so we can handle your matter as effectively as possible. If you have a complaint regarding the treatment please contact the clinic directly.
What would I expect at the initial consultation? Your practitioner will discuss with you a realistic treatment plan to achieve the desired results. You will cover both pre-treatment care and post-treatment care and make sure that it is possible to meet your expectations.
